Marketing Executive (Graphic Designer)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Executive (Graphic Designer) to support marketing campaigns and enhance our brand presence through impactful visuals and digital strategies.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and print platforms.
  • Design marketing materials such as brochures, social media posts, and advertisements.
  • Manage social media content, engagement, and brand consistency.
  • ⁠Support market research and identify new promotional opportunities.
  • Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely project delivery. Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field.
  • 1–2 years’ experience in marketing/design (fresh graduates with strong portfolios welcome).
  • ⁠Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva; basic knowledge of digital marketing tools.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare full set accounts.
  • Maintain an integrated computerized accounting system including cash book, AR, AP and GL.
  • Maintain the relevant internal control system, policies and procedures for core areas of finance and accounting.
  • Liaise with internal departments to maintain the proper accounting and financial processing.
  • Liaise with suppliers, auditors, bankers, tax agents and external consultants.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in related field. Experience of working with property developer will be added advantage.
  • Good team work and interpersonal skills with positive work attitude.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Computer literate and experience and/or knowledge in IFCA and Microsoft Office’s Excel worksheet will be added advantage.

The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Attend to sales enquiry and other aspects in relation to property sales.
  • Liaise with purchasers, solicitors, end-financiers on SPA, end financing and other related matters.
  • Participate in roadshow events and any other adhoc assignments.
  • Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales report.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma holder in any discipline.
  • Preferably 1 year working experience in related field and fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
  • Self motivated and willing to learn.
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Candidates possess good command of Bahasa Cina & Mandarin speaking will be added advantage for dealing with mandarin speaking customers.

The ideal candidate shall possess some basic knowledgment in construction management.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Project Manager in all matters pertaining to project management and development process.
  • Assist in plan and specification analysis in order to provide clear, trackable, and coordinated interpretations of the design / drawings for construction.
  • Liaise with relevant authority bodies to ensure project obtain the necessary and required approvals within the scheduled time frame.
  • Liaise and coordinate with consultants on progression of work to ensure assigned project achieve on time.
  • Liaise with consultants and relevant authority bodies in order to get development approvals until Certificate Completion and Compliance (CCC).
  • Periodically update the team on work progress for presentation to the Management.
  • Liaise with other departments at meetings with relevance to project operations to ensure time and cost plans are updated to reflect latest information.
  • Attend to site inspections whenever needed.
  • Liaise with all consultants in expediting drawings and related information.
  • Monitor field work, including contract work, to ensure compliance with company standards & requirements, procedures, specifications and codes.
  • Ensure completion of final project documentations & other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Building / Construction Management or any equivalent discipline.
  • Candidates with 1-2 years of working experience in the exposure of property project and planning development are preferred. However, fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
  • Able to read and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia languages. Those who knows Mandarin would be an added advantage.
  • Able to learn quickly, work in a fast-paced but fun environment, perform under pressure and meet deadlines set.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office. Those who proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Project would be added advantage.
  • Good in planning and project supervision.
